Emily Morey, EVP

As Executive Vice President at High Plateau Capital Asset Management, she guides the growth of the company and provides strong leadership, ensuring a robust company culture centered around our values. Emily and her team coordinate and manage all vendor relationships including accountants, appraisers, attorneys, brokers, contractors, court-appointed receivers, engineers, surveyors, and title companies.

Her dedication to mentoring and strong communications enables company operations and connects our employees. She also remains Vice President of Cobalt Property Management Group, which is responsible for managing special real estate commercial and industrial sites. Emily’s passion for building trust and connecting people has spanned her diverse career.

Ron Lone, Legal Counsel

Ron brings deep experience advising on transactional matters across a wide range of business sectors to help High Plateau Capital and its clients meet their business needs. His experience developed during his over 30 years with Stoel Rives is invaluable to us in the management and disposition of businesses and properties. Ron is a 1982 graduate of the University of Washington and received his JD from George Washington University in 1985. From offices in Seattle, Ron assists on projects for High Plateau Asset Management across all of its markets.
